Precision cutting machine for laminated glass that can be combined with an upstream positioning bridge for automatic feeding of sheets to be cut. Tensioning and separation of the PVB foil is carried out by the suction unit working from below. This technology guarantees that coatings are completely protected during cutting. The movable design of the cutting bridge and clamping system automatically separate edge pieces up to 20 mm wide (both from the front and the rear corners of the  sheets). Edges are also automatically removed and disposed of in a collection container.

This combination of high-precision cutting technology, optimized electronic control and the use of a mechanical foil separation system offer an unrivaled precision and edge quality for both the glass and PVB layers in every cut, even with thick glass combinations and special foils. Laser positioning is used to guide sheets for straight cutting.
