Fully automated and cover-free assembly system using the proven LiSEC parallel guiding system. Automatic outfeed positioning of the first sheet with spacer.

The electronic measuring device for glass thickness and spacer-frame width ensures correct repositioning of the support wall. The automatic height measurement sets the guide beam to the height of the second sheet without spacers. Both sheets are then assembled through the back wall that swivels to the front and a pressure cylinder mounted on the front.
