Stand-alone system for drilling of gas-filling holes in spacers not yet filled with drying agent. Manual positioning of the frames. The double-spindle drills the gas-filling holes on both sides into the profile from the outside. The drill hole on the visible side, which is about 0.5 mm smaller, facilitates the insertion of the plastic plugs preventing the desiccant from entering the layer between the sheets.
