The twin design of the serial application systems allows different bar widths to be processed without wasting any time changing reels. This is especially useful for production runs with continuously changing element setups, e.g., in the case of double or triple-glazed insulating glass.
Fully automated twin system to apply flexible spacer bars onto glass sheets. The patented application allows for a highly precise and dimensionally stable positioning as well as for the frictionless and careful application of the spacer bar within unprecedented short cycle times. Optional design for the simple and fast processing of an extensive range of shaped sheets. Two (or four on request) reels are provided in an air-tight material container to allow the frame widths to be changed quickly and easily. Fast and precise insertion of georgian bars in the downstream zone, either through a leveling grid or, as a separate option, simply at the pre-stamped positioning marks for the muntin end caps.
