Top-performing automatic sealing system for applying sealant to glass units in connection with rectangular elements and shaped sheets.
The insulating glass element is inserted into the sealing section via a horizontal roller beam at the upper edge and at a distance from the back wall. The glass is moved along a patented wear-resistant chain conveyor that engages the unit at the lower edge of the glass only slightly and therefore keeps the sealing cavity clear. The linear suction device integrated into the back wall ensures non-slip transport.
The material is applied by means of a nozzle that moves in front of the system on a vertical guide carriage and along the edge of the glass unit. The material feed-in and mixture of sealing components are also controlled by the electronic movable batch feeder on the guide carriage. An electronic depth monitor mounted to the nozzle ensures that the material volume is continuously calculated.
