This fully automatic washer & dryer, which is made entirely of stainless steel and incorporates four tanks with pumps, filters and water heaters, is controlled by a PLC and is equipped with motorized entry and exit conveyors with a length of 1,500/2,000 mm. The machine’s pre-washing section is fitted with two spraying bars and high-pressure nozzles, while the washing section consists of either two, three or four pairs of cylindrical brushes, each with its own separate motor. The drying section incorporates two pairs of air knives, which are fed by a high-pressure fan. The machine can wash and dry glass in thicknesses of 3-25 mm and has a motorized opening for dealing with dimensional changes. Low-E/soft coated glass is treated using soft bristles brushes and the lifting of the first top hard brush.
