Complete modular solution for EVA lamination of different glass and materials according to EVA compatible specifications. Vacuum laminating kiln is integrated into a complete line with a pneumatic tilt arm table for heavy glass loading and a horizontal washer with six brushes for perfect glass washing. An EVA unwinder with automatic cutter and table prepares the EVA foils before assembly with glass, which is facilitated by a crane with suction cups lifter. High productivity package to increase the output: no. 2 moveable stocking trolleys + no. 4 additional assembling trays. Through these devices it is possible to assemble one batch while another batch is laminated into the kiln simultaneously.
