The BAZ 1 is a vertical water-jet and processing line offering completely new options for processing different glass types. In one operation the machine is able to cut out any shape from a wide range of glass types and process it using diamond tools.

The machine with combined suction head-clamping bar transport can easily handle small to very large and heavy sheets. The sheet is brought in, automatically positioned, cut, its interior and exterior processed if required, and then transported to the washing machine. The BAZ 1 forms the basis for a continuous production workflow that enables rapid sequential processing of glass sheets. 

The BAZ 1 can cut floats, VSG glass, fire protection glass, etc. with extreme precision up to a thickness of 80 mm. Since no positioning forces act on the glass sheet during the cutting process, even very thin sheets and sections near the glass edge can be cut with ease. A neat water-jet cut can be tempered without any further processing.
