VITRUM 2011: Lisec inspired with the new FiT.Line

From October 26 to 29 the whole flat glass industry looked at the international trade show VITRUM in Milano, Italy. With the new and compact insulating glass line FiT.Line, the all-rounder FiT.Cut and a cutting table for automated cutting of laminated glass shapes, Lisec presented several highlights and innovations.

LiSEC aroused great interest at the GPD 2011

At this years’ GPD in Finland LiSEC was represented by two lecturers. Peter Holzinger, Head of Sales of the LiSEC Group, talked about thin glass for insulating glass applications and Richard Bruckner, from LiSECs R&D department, talked about thin glass for glass-glass PV-modules. Both found great interest and response by the audience.

INTERSOLAR: Lisec PV-Production Technology in the Rise

From June 8 to 10, the worlds largest exhibition for the solar industry, the Intersolar Europe, drew around 77.000 visitors from 156 countries to Munich. 2.280 exhibitors from 47 nations used all of the 168.000 square meters of the Neue Messe München for their product presentations. This year the event focused heavily on the energy revolution and Lisec showed a clear path into the solar future with their technological solutions.

LiSEC: Better with Thin Glass

As demands on windows and glazings are increasing in the context of energy efficiency, common double IG-units will no longer be able to meet our demands in the future. LiSEC reveals a high-potential new solution for triple IG-units reducing weight of triple IG-units to the weight of common double glazings.

GLASS EXPO ISTANBUL 2011

At the GLASS EXPO 2011 in Istanbul LiSEC presented a combined float/laminated glass cutting line for medium production capacities featuring a tiltable high-precision cutting table for direct loading. The numerous visitors acclaimed not only the high cutting speed and the easy operation of the machine but especially the extremely high cutting quality of the laminated glass sheets. Compared to other exhibiting competitors there were worlds apart. LiSECs effective presentation at the show created the foundation for further success in business.

LiSEC: Revolutionizing Laminating Technology

The most recent technical development from LiSEC is that of a brand-new laminating tunnel, which was installed at one of its Italian clients’ plants late in 2010. With incredibly short processing times and reduced energy consumption, this tunnel can also use all kinds of interlayers and, therefore, ensures high capacity but also considerable flexibility in mixed production runs.
