Standard design for middle-range capacities.
This line comprises the
• loading rack with automatic loading/tilting table
• automatic ESL cutting table, followed by the
• break-out table
Stock sheets are destacked by the loader from the storage rack and automatically transported into the cutting table and positioned. The fully automatic cutting process runs over an optimization program. The cut stock plate is then automatically conveyed from the cutting table and manually pulled onto the break-out table, where the individual sheets are manually broken out.
Available for jumbo or split sizes.
The line can be equipped with stationary single-sided or double-sided as well as travelling single-sided or double-sided loading tables for destacking the glass from multiple storing positions.
