Stock sheets are pulled out from the selected storage rack by the suction arm of the loader and automatically transported onto the cutting table and positioned there. The fully automatic cutting process runs over an optimization program. The cutting table is equipped with a double bridge enabling both the deleting and cutting of coated glass in one operating cycle.

Subsequently, the cut stock plate is automatically transported into the fully automatic break-out station, where X-cuts, Y-cuts and trim cuts are broken out in a fully automatic process.

The individual sheets are manually removed from the unloading table, arranged at 90 degrees to the line, and any applicable Z-cuts or off-cuts broken out.
