High performance line with fully automatic glass sheet sorting for top capacities and maximum requirements.
This line comprises:
• automatic overhead - crane loading system for loading from a huge number of storage racks
• automatic ESL – cutting table
• fully automatic break-out device for all cuts in the single stock plate
• glass rotor and automatic feed into the slot rack conveyors of the fully automatic sorting station
The stock sheets are placed on the loading tilting table by the crane from the selected rack and transported and positioned automatically in the cutting table. The cutting operation controlled by an optimization program is performed fully automatic. The cutting table itself is equipped with a double bridge, which enables edge deletion and cutting of coated glass in the same operation.
Subsequently the cut stock sheet is transported into the fully automatic break-out device which breaks-out all the cuts automatically including w-cuts. Finally the rotor tilts the particular sheets into vertical and runs them into the slot racks of the sorting system. Due to the fully automatic concept any manual glass handling is not existing at this equipment.
The entire line is controlled by a production control software system.
