Automatic Gas Filling Station for Insulating Glass with Filling Through Air Fap, Type FPS/U2

Assembling/press with integrated continuous gas filling without holes in the spacer frame. No bending or working of the glass sheet, hence no glass breakage problems. Patterned glass is also no problem for this system. Gas filling process by means of injector nozzles through a small air gap between the spacer
frame and the glass sheet. Controlled gas flow to achieve the desired fil ling level even at units with georgian (muntin) bars. Low loss of gas by length controlled single resp. double chamber filling process.
