Automatic Gas Filling Station for Insulating Glass with Filling Through Air Gap, Type FPS/US

High precision assembling/press with integrated continuous gas filling without holes in the spacer frame avoiding nearly any loss of glas. No bending or working of
the glass sheet is required hence no glass breakage problems. Patterned glass is also no problem for this system. Electronically controlled gas filling process by
means of injector nozzles through a small air gap between the spacer frame and the glass sheet. Optimized gas flow to achieve the desired filling level even at units
with georgian (muntin) bars. An electronic measuring system checks the filling volume and displays the actual filling level. Tandem design (UT) for glass sizes up to 6000 x 3300 mm.
