Basic equipment for low to middle-range capacities.
Comprises the

• stainless steel washing machine

• combined station for manual frame mounting and assembly

• tilting table

• sealing rotary table

• manual edge roller press, as well as

• the manually operated sealing machine

Frames are coated using a manually operated butyl extruder.
Manual operations on this station include

• loading glass onto the line

• mounting the spacer frames

• parallel feed of the cover sheet and unit assembly

• horizontally pulling off the sheet and placing onto the sealing table with

• subsequent pressing of the unit´s edges by the manual edge roller press and

• edge sealing

This line has been constructed in modular design to enable smooth adaptation of a higher degree of automation in the future.
