This line comprises the

• high performance, stainless steel washing machine

• manual frame mounting station

• automatic assembly

• automatic press, as well as the

• sealing robot

Frames are coated by an automatic butyl coating machine with manual loading function and fitted with a frame unloading conveyor.
Manual operations on this station are limited to

• loading glass onto the line

• mounting the spacer frames and

• unloading the completed glass units from the sealing robot

The visible assembly, pressing and edge sealing are all fully automatic operations. This line has been constructed in modular design to enable smooth adaptation of a higher degree of automation in the future.
