This line comprises

• fully automatic glass loading over an auto sorting system

• the high performance, stainless steel washing machine

• fully automatic frame mounting station

• fully automatic assembly press with an integrated auto gas-filling machine, as well as the

• sealing robot with fully automatic stacking of the completed units onto transport racks

Frames are coated by an automatic butyl coating machine with automatic loading function and direct transfer into the automatic frame mounting station. Due to its fully automatic concept, manual operations are entirely eliminated from the line.
The complete line is regulated by a superior production control system.
