Compact Vertical Glass Edge Arris Grinding (Seaming) Machine for Rectangles and Shapes, Type KSR

Vertical machine for fully automatic grinding (seaming) of the arrises (sharp edges) of cut glass sheets in all variantes – also for laminated glass, shapes and glass with slanted broken edges. Particularly usable for lites designated to be treated in tempering furnaces. Wet grinding process for smooth and accurate
trimming of the glass edges in very short cycle times as well as for extra long life of the grinding belts. Fully automatic adjustment of grinding belts to glass size and
-thickness. Grinding result adjustable from 0,5 to 2 mm. The compact construction was possible because one grinding (seaming) head is processing all sides of a glass sheet – both of rectangles and shapes.
