Basic design to meet low capacities for the fabrication of spacer frames with plugged corners.
Comprises the
• profile saw
and
• desiccant filling machine
The individual frame legs are cut on the profile saw and then charged with desiccant on the filling machine. The frame is coated by a manually operated butyl extruder.
This system is available for aluminum or steel profiles.
