Compact line to meet middle-range capacities for the fabrication of spacer frames with perfectly bent corners.
Comprises the
• profile magazine
• endless connecting device
• BSV 30 automatic bending machine and
• single-head desiccant filling station
The required straight length for the frames are cut from the profile bar according to optimization targets and then all corners bent into an endless-connection spacer frame in the automatic bending machine.
The frame is next charged with desiccant in the auto single-head filling station shortly before its use on the insulating glass line. The frame is coated by a manually operated butyl extruder or on automatic stations.
This system is available for aluminum or steel profiles.
