Standard line to meet high capacities for the fabrication of spacer frames with perfectly bent corners.
Comprises the
• 4-slot profile
magazine
• endless connecting device
• BSV 45 automatic bending machine and
• double-head desiccant filling station
The required straight length for the frames are cut from the profile bar according to optimization targets and then all corners bent into an endless-connection spacer frame in the automatic bending machine.
The frame is next charged with desiccant in the auto double-head filling station shortly before its use on the insulating glass line. The frame is coated by a manually operated butyl extruder or on automatic stations.
This system is available for aluminum, steel, stainless steel or synthetic profiles. Special designs for other profile types are also available upon request.
