High-performance line to meet top capacities and requirements for the fabrication of spacer frames with perfectly bent corners.
Comprises a
• 4-slot or 8-slot profile magazine
• endless connecting device
• "double-track" transport/transfer system for achieving shorter cycle times
• BSV 45 A automatic bending machine and double-head desiccant filling station
The required straight length for the frames are cut from the profile bar according to optimization targets and then all corners bent into an endless-connection spacer frame in the automatic bending machine.
The frame is charged with desiccant directly during its use on the insulating glass line in the auto double-head filling station with automatic transfer to an automatic butyl coating machine.
This system is available for aluminum, steel, stainless steel or synthetic profiles. Special designs for other profile types are also available upon request
