Combined edge deletion and cutting machine for low-e coated glass sheets for highest capacities

Therefore the planetary grinding and cutting head which is located centrally in between the two bridges offers a vibration free edge deletion without chatter marks and a precise glass cutting for perfect edges even when breaking-out thick glass sheets. The unrivalled short cycle times result on one hand from the high cutting performance of up to 140 m/min, accelerated and decelerated in up to 6 m/s², mainly however from the fact that grinding disc and cutting wheel are at the same time together in process. In addition the cutting wheel is equipped with an automatic suction device for processing the glass surface without leaving any residues.
