Application Robot for Fexible Spacerbars, Type VSA

Fully automatic machine to attach flexible spacer tapes from rolls onto glass sheets. The patented application technique provides a most accurate and reliable positioning of the spacer tape as well as a gentle supply without friction, all in unrivalled short cycle times.

Optional design for easy and fast production of a huge variety of shaped units. For a fast and easy change over to a different spacer width the machine features two (or on request four) uncoilers in the airsealed material container. Fast and accurate setting of muntin grids in the next following station either by help of a laser supported levelling grid or on request simply into the pre-punched positioning slots of the muntin end caps.
