Float sheets are first loaded onto the cutting table per free-fall method, manually positioned, cut by a fully automatic process and then manually transported to the break-out table, where the individual sheets are broken out and subsequently unloaded.

Laminated glass can be loaded manually or per free-fall method and then positioned on the cutting table. The subsequent function sequence on handling laminated stockplates in process as well as the cut-off subplates can be either a manual or automatic operation. In any case, the combined thermal/mechanical cutting of laminated sheets according to optimization data runs fully automatic. The result is clean and parallel cut edges of glass and interlayer within short cycle times. The outstanding construction of the laminated cutting station likewise enables the retaining and separating of coated laminated glass without touching its sensitive top surface.
