High precision cutting plant for split stock sizes resp. jumbo sheets of laminated safety glass occupying a floor space of only 8,5 x 8 meters.
Hydraulic device for loading and positioning of the stock size for cutting the subplates in the 1st section. The cut is performed according to
the well proven thermo/mechanic Lisec procedure with a blade separating the PVB-interlayer. Laser measuring device to determine the glass edges for proper positioning. Fully automatic transport of the subplates and deflecting them by 90 degr. to the 2nd cutting bridge by a dragging device and air flotation support. Also laminated glass sheets with coated surface can be handled without any problems. Sensationally fast cycle times by short travelling distances of the cut sheets and by overlapping working process of the particular components of the cutting line. Easy positioning of the glass for z-, trim- and straight shape cuts by help of a laser beam. Also available for jumbo sizes. In this case only the loading tilt table is longer by approx. 2,5 meters.
