As of June 15, 2010 the PETER LISEC Private Trust has appointed Mr. Karl Gruber as CEO and Mr. Gerhard Sonnleitner as CFO of the LISEC Group.

We welcome Mr. Karl Gruber as someone who is profoundly knowledgeable in worldwide economic matters with comprehensive knowledge of international business, as well as many years of management experience as CEO of Siemens VAI. Mr. Gruber was in a leadership position with VOEST-ALPINE Industry Equipment Manufacturing (VAI), later Siemens VAI, for many years. With his appointment the management structure of the LISEC Group has been adapted, whereby LICON fully acts as corporate management in terms of the existing organizational structure.

The goals of the board of directors are teamwork, clear decision-making structure, securing the growth of the Group, and creating enduring value, to allow for a smooth function of the company, which now will be led by one management.
