The login data from the old business portal was not transferred to the new customer portal. You can define a “Power User” for your company, who has the ability to check, correct and deactivate existing contacts, and create new contacts for your companies.
If you do not yet have access to the new MyLiSEC customer portal, please contact your “Power User” or report to crm-helpdesk@lisec.com.
