Sealing Plant for Insulating Glass Production with Full Support Belt

Combined with the CleanSeal technology, the patented Full Support Belt transport system sets new standards for sealing of multi-sheet IG elements. Permanent support of each individual glass sheet, while avoiding contact between corners and the support jaws, allows production within minimum tolerances, even in case of thermoplastic spacers.

Permanent Support of Each Glass Sheet

Particularly if the spacer frames are not set – as happens with use of TPA – the permanent support of each glass sheet is the prerequisite to reliably comply with tolerances. Permanent support is ensured even in case of bottom edge steps.

Top Corner Sealing Quality

Combined with the patented Full Support Belt transport, the CleanSeal technology offers top corner sealing quality of insulating glass elements. The sheet corner areas are never in contact with the support jaws. A highly dynamic, self-adjusting and servo-controlled dosing system guarantees the highest sealing quality.
