High-Quality Processing of Thermoplastic Spacers on the Glass
The LiSEC TPA is a fully automatic plant for the direct application of thermoplastic spacers on the glass. The spacer width can be changed at any point during operation without any loss of time. The application of thermoplastic spacer material allows for a seal which is almost invisible once the unit is installed while also ensuring absolutely gas-tight spacers. The spacer material closure is carefully pressed in a mould chamber. The result is unmatched and incomparable to conventional solutions regarding visual appearance and process reliability.
The solution for the insulating glass line
With the LiSEC line concept, the process steps assembly, gas filling and pressing meet the particular requirements of thermoplastic spacers. The concept even covers logistics. The logistics system consists of an automatic unloading station and a special insulating glass buffer. This way, the quality achieved during the application is permanently conserved.
Automatic frame width adjustment
The thermal spacer is applied directly onto the glass pane. Depending on the requirements the frame width may be adjusted infinitely, without any loss of cycle time during operation.
