AEROFLAT
High-quality products deserve the best treatment. This is why we only allow trustworthy heads – and air – to get in touch with glass. With the patented AEROFLAT air-cushion system, glass pane surfaces remain untouched during the tempering process. The result of the innovative technology: top-quality flat glass – economic and future-proof.
Visions require courage. You need people who push limits and dare to try new things. In 1996, we set new standards in flat glass tempering with the revolutionary AEROFLAT air-cushion system. Now we are continuing the story with our glass tempering machines.
LiSEC glass tempering furnaces surpass conventional systems in precision and efficiency. Our air-cushion technology eliminates surface contact, thereby preserving glass integrity and minimizing defects. Furthermore, the optimized thermal management system provides rapid heating, reduced energy consumption, and superior output quality. Whether handling intricate coatings or demanding structural applications, LiSEC machines consistently deliver exceptional outcomes, establishing a new benchmark for the industry.
Compared to competitors using traditional roller furnaces, which require years of experience to achieve high-quality and minimal waste while demanding significant space, LiSEC offers a more efficient solution. With just four days of training, employees will be able to operate LiSEC systems, ensuring consistent high-quality and remarkable flexibility without the need for extensive expertise.
Competitors' roller furnaces can experience up to two days of downtime for cooling, cleaning, and reheating, leading to potential delays that could incur contractual penalties and additional costs. They also require strict adherence to a defined sequence of glass thicknesses. Changes in glass thicknesses result in long heating times, significant pre-production and space requirements.
In contrast, if glass breakage occurs, LiSEC's tempering can resume within 15 minutes, accommodating thicknesses ranging from 6 to 10 mm in every batch, requiring only three seconds of heating time for adjustments. Low-E glass can be processed as quickly as float glass, ensuring high purity through a nearly closed air circuit, making it ideal for coated glasses with minimal waste. In summary, the tempering of glass furnaces minimizes pre-production and space requirements while eliminating dust and deposits during the process. With AEROFLAT: Where Air Meets Innovation!
