Glass cutting machine for laminated and float glass

With the LiSEC VB, it is possible to cut laminated glass sheets as well as to execute straight and shape cuts in case of float and cast glass. Moreover, the arrangement of both machine sections and the compact design also saves space.

Protection of coating

Due to the fact that the vacuum retainers are acting from below, the laminated glass sheets are not touched from the top during the entire clamping and separating process. Damaged coatings are therefore excluded.

Perfect edge deletion

The best possible edge deletion when cutting laminated safety glass can be guaranteed due to an additional grinding unit before the cutting head.

Automatic positioning

The positioning of the laminated safety glass for the cutting is performed automatically as is the positioning of the float glass sheets for the optional automatic traverse cutting in the VB-section. The laser-supported positioning for any Z- or straight shape cuts is part of the standard equipment.
