Insulating glass line for rigid spacer frames
Proven quality and flexible construction set for the most diverse requirements. This insulating glass line is specially designed for the production of coated insulating glass units with a wide range of fixed spacers (aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic, hybrid).
The glass sheets are thoroughly cleaned and then dried in the washing machine. At the following frame mounting station, the glasses are inspected and the spacer frame is set manually on the glass. The gas filling press takes care of the assembly, the gas filling process and the pressing of the insulating glass units. At the end of the line, sealing ensures the necessary stability and, above all, perfect corners.
The basic version of this insulating glass line also enables small and medium-sized companies to enter the world of insulating glass. Thanks to numerous options and configuration possibilities, the line can be continuously expanded and adapted to new needs.
In the high-end design, there are hardly any limits to the production variety, starting with the largest glass thicknesses and unit widths as well as the highest running metre weights.
The washing machine with up to 8 brushes and two hot water zones ensures perfect washing results. Damage and scratches in the glass can be detected in the shortest possible time thanks to the optimum lighting at the inspection station. For large formats, it is recommended to use the mounting aid, which positions the frame at the upper edge. The assembly and gas filling press not only reduces gas losses but also the cycle times.
All conventional fixed spacers can be processed
Recipe settings on the gas filling press as well as on the sealing machine allow all common materials such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel, plastic and hybrid to be produced with a continuous quality.
Highest corner quality through CleanSeal technology
The servo-controlled metering enables the material to be placed precisely in the intended quantity. This prevents soiling as far as possible and the system retains its shine even after years of use. The perfect finish of the edge seal ensures a long service life of the insulating glass and also saves material and money.
Individually expandable through modular construction
By coupling several system modules in series, there are hardly any limits to the size of insulating glass that can be processed. Both the frame mounting station and the gas filling press and sealing machine can be individually extended.
High flexibility thanks to comprehensive modular system - from manual, semi-automatic and automatic system parts to options such as shapes and IG LineManagement
The degree of automation of the system can be increased as required. The frame setting can be carried out either manually, with the support of the assembly aid or also fully automatically.
