When you contact us via the form on our website or by e-mail, the data you provide (such as your name, address or e-mail address) shall be stored by us for 24 months from the date of our last contact with you for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of any follow-up questions. Your rights as the data subject
As the data subject, under the EU GDPR you have extensive rights to ensure greater transparency of the handling of your data. Your rights as a data subject are: the right of access to the personal data concerning you, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent at any time.
To exercise the above rights, you must contact us in person, by telephone or in writing at the (e-mail) address/telephone number listed above. Please note that we may only provide you with information if you are able to identify yourself.
If the processing of your personal data is based on a balancing of interests (e.g. direct marketing or data analysis), you may object to the processing at any time. When making such an objection, please tell us the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we normally would. In the case of data processing for direct marketing and data analysis purposes, we will stop the data processing.
If you have given us your consent to the processing of your personal data, you may also withdraw that consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent which we have carried out before the withdrawal of consent.
If you believe that the processing of your data contravenes data protection law or otherwise infringes your data protection rights, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (In Austria: Austrian Data Protection Authority, Wickenburggasse 8, 1080 Vienna, tel.: 01 521 52-25 69, e‑mail: email@example.com).

Information about data transfers in third countries
As a matter of principle, the data processed by us are not transferred to recipients in third countries. If you have sent us a request for an offer in a specific country, data will not be transferred to another company of the LISEC group outside of that country without your explicit consent.
If you provide us with your consent, your personal data will be transferred to and processed by group companies of the LISEC Holding GmbH or LISEC Austria GmbH (all listed under the following link) solely for the purpose of preparing a quotation for you and in order to contact you. If your personal data is transferred to a company of the LISEC group which has its seat outside the EU/EEA, it is possible that the laws of the respective third country do not provide an adequate level of protection for your personal data compared to the data protection laws of the EU/EEA countries. In this case your personal data will only be transferred if you have provided us with your explicit consent. We assure you that we handle your data in a diligent way and that the transfer within the group is done restrictively.
