You won't just be watching, you'll be actively contributing and gaining valuable practical experience.

In addition to your training in the workplace, you will attend a vocational school where you will deepen your theoretical and practical knowledge. This combination of learning and doing ensures that you are well prepared for your future! Speaking of the future: many of our trainees continue their careers at LiSEC after completing their training. Because we don't just train you, we invest in your development and support your growth.

Application Process

At LiSEC, we offer exciting training opportunities in various fields. Our application process is simple and transparent. Before you apply, it is important that you register for a taster day in your desired apprenticeship. If you are interested, we look forward to receiving your application documents.

What we offer to you

Depending on your training, you may have the opportunity to gain international experience through assembly assignments or EU internships abroad.

LiSEC is characterised by a collegial working atmosphere and a respectful and open working environment.

Once a year, all apprentices attend the ‘Soft Skills Academy’ to exchange ideas and develop professionally and personally, as well as to acquire new skills.

Once you have completed your training, our goal is to further expand your specialist knowledge in your respective field. LiSEC also offers a wide range of options for further development in other specialist areas.

Canteen – Our production site offers its employees freshly prepared hot meals and snacks every day.
Fruit – Fresh apples are available every week.
Drinks/coffee/snack vending machines – Your new colleagues will be happy to show you where these are located.
