    Returning goods

    We offer you the option of returning incorrectly ordered spare parts to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact your local LiSEC point of contact for further information on this.
     

    Spare parts repairs

    Do you require the repair of a machine component? No problem! Simply get in touch with your local point of contact. We will be delighted to process your inquiry and inform you about a possible repair quotation.
     

    LiSEC COMPLAINTS 

    In order that we can provide you with quick and straightforward assistance with your complaint, we kindly ask that you notify us of the issue promptly. 

    Please submit the following details together with your complaint notification, to ensure seamless processing:

    • Serial number of the affected machine  
    • Description of the problem, photos, … 
    • Material number, if available (equipment identifications from wiring diagrams) 
    • Delivery note number or spare parts order number 
       

    Send your complaint to your local LiSEC point of contact.

    Following an internal review of your inquiry, our team of specialists will inform you of the way forward by email.
