    The best possible care of customers is important to LiSEC. That is why the online support was made even more attractive. With LiSERV, LiSEC services become even clearer, simpler and cheaper.

    What are the advantages of LiSERV?

    • Prioritised telephone number
      Time costs money and in case of service it often depends on minutes. By means of a prioritized telephone number, your telephone inquiries to LiSEC Online Support are automatically brought forward
    • Dispatcher
      In case no LiSEC technician is available, an external contact takes over the incoming call and takes care that you receive a call back immediately after a line becomes free.
    • LiSEC.eye & MyLiSEC customer portal
      The LiSERV all-inclusive package also includes our digital tool LiSEC.eye. The video-capable app accelerates the solution finding process by providing visual support. The support processes can be viewed in the MyLiSEC customer portal for later review.
    • Termination at any time
      Your LiSERV contract can be terminated at any time with a three-month notice period.
       

    The LiSEC hotline remains free of charge even without a contract and can be used by you at any time.[1]

    Based on the number of remote-enabled or connectable LiSEC machines, LiSEC offers the following packages:


    What costs are incurred without a LiSERV contract?
    Without a LiSERV contract,every online connection to your LiSEC machine via remote or LiSEC.eye will incur costs. Per case, regardless of the remote time, 250.-€ will be charged once, i. e. the billable remote maintenance service begins with the analysis of the fault report and ends with the completion of the specific technical intervention.
