1. Item and organizer

These conditions relate to participation in a competition on the official LiSEC Austria profile on Instagram and any necessary rights transfers. The representation and the handling of the respective competition takes place in the context of the respective competition action on the Instagram profile of LiSEC Austria GmbH.

The organizer of the competition is LiSEC Austria GmbH, Peter Lisec Straße 1, 3353 Seitenstetten, Austria.

By participating in the respective raffle, these conditions of participation are accepted.

The competition on the LiSEC [@lisecaustriagmbh] Instagram profile are carried out by LiSEC Austria GmbH. They have no connection / relationship with Instagram. Instagram does not sponsor, support or organize the LiSEC competitions in any way and is not available to the participants as contact persons in this regard!
 

2. Participation

Everybody who has reached the age of 18 and has posted a selfie of himself/herself at the LiSEC booth at the Open Day of the Hadamar Glass School with the hashtag "LiSEC_Hadamar" on the day of the contest is eligible to participate in the contest.

The raffle takes place on 28.03.2020. Participation will be in time if a photo is posted by the end of this day. Participation is free of charge, voluntary and without obligation for the participants.
 

3. Win and win notification

The prize is a Bose SoundLink speaker.

Winners will be randomly determined among all eligible entrants within the time specified in the entry after the closing date. The winners will be informed by commenting on the posting / in a second posting or by personal message insofar as the privacy settings of the winner allow it.

The profit claim exists for 48 hours. Within this time, the winner must disclose a postal address to which the prize can be sent. If this period has expired, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw in order to determine another winner.

Only one prize per participant is possible.

The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and will not be paid out in cash.

The prizes will be sent by post to the address indicated. If the contact information, and in particular the address, given is incorrect, we are under no obligation to attempt to find out the correct address or to send the prize again to the corrected address. Passing the prize to the transport company transfers the risk to the winner. There is no liability for delivery damages.
 

4. Rights of use in case of posted pictures, photos, videos and other kinds of media material

The participant assures to be the owner of the required rights to the uploaded or linked images / videos and to link only to persons who are actually shown on the photo and who have agreed to the publication. If the participant is not the sole author or copyright holder, he expressly declares that he has the necessary rights to participate in the competition.

The participant admits us - in the case of posted photos / videos / images on the following simple, temporally and spatially unlimited, but not exclusive rights:

• the right to store on a server;
• the right to make the photo publicly available;
   

5. Liability and indemnity

As soon as the participant uploads photos, the participant guarantees that it will not use any content the furnishing, publication or use of which violates applicable law or the rights of third parties.

The participant indemnifies us against claims of any kind whatsoever arising from the illegality of photos used by the participant. The indemnity obligation includes the obligation to fully indemnify the organizer against any legal defense costs (such as court and attorney's fees).

By participating in the competition, the participant releases Instagram from any liability.
 

6. Exclusion

If participants violate against these terms and conditions, we are entitled to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies if the participant makes false statements or uses any photos or other content (such as comments) that violate applicable law or third-party rights. The same applies to comments that can be regarded as glorifying violence, offensive, harassing or degrading or otherwise offend against the social sense of propriety.

If the excluded participant is an already drawn winner, the prize can be subsequently revoked.
 

7. Early termination of the raffle or unplanned changes

We reserve the right to end the competition earlier, in whole or in part, at any time, without adhering to deadlines, or to change them during its course. This may happen for technical (e.g., computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software / hardware) or legal (e.g., Instagram interdiction).
 

8. Privacy

Prize draw entrants agree to the storing and processing of their data (name, e-mail, address) by LiSEC Austria GmbH for the execution of this raffle. The data will not be passed on to third parties and, with the exception of the announcement of the winner on the Instagram profile, will also be deleted immediately after the purpose of use (execution of the competition) has been fulfilled. The entrant expressly agrees to publication of his or her name in the event of him or her winning a prize.

9. Final provisions

Should these conditions of participation contain ineffective regulations, the validity of the remaining conditions remains unaffected.

Austrian law applies with the exclusion of the conflict of law rules under private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The legal process is excluded.
