1 Subject of the conditions of participation and organiser
1.1 These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in the company-internal ‘LiPETS: Show us your pet!’. All employees of the LISEC group who have filled out the form for the raffle.
1.2 LISEC Holding GmbH, Peter-Lisec-Strasse 1, 3353 Seitenstetten (hereinafter also referred to as ‘LiSEC’, ‘organiser’ or simply ‘we’ or ‘us’) is the organiser of the competition and responsible for data protection.
1.3 By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation and agrees to the collection, processing and storage of their personal data in accordance with section 9. By participating, the participant also confirms that they have had the opportunity to obtain more detailed information on the processing of their personal data at www.lisec.com/menus/meta/privacypolicy.

2 Participation
2.1 Participation in the competition is voluntary and free of charge and independent of the purchase of any goods or services.
2.2 Submissions in the name of another person will not be accepted.
2.3 Multiple entries are not permitted.
2.4 The competition begins on 1 August 2025 and ends on 15 September 2025 (23:59 CET/MEZ) (hereinafter ‘participation period’). Participation before or after this participation period is not possible.

3 Prizes and notification of prizes
3.1 We will raffle off a voucher for pet food worth € 50.
3.2 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants by 19 September 2025 and in camera. The winner will be notified in writing by e-mail or telephone and asked to collect the prize in person from the Marketing & Corporate Communications department. In case the winner is from outside Austria, the prize will be shipped.
3.3 The participant bears sole responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and usability of the information provided. If the e-mail address provided is incorrect or invalid, LiSEC is not obliged to search for correct addresses. Any disadvantages resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details shall be borne by the participant.
3.4 The prize will be handed over to the winner once. When the prize is handed over to the winner, the risk is transferred to the winner. If the winner does not collect the prize by 12:00 on 15 October 2025, the prize will be forfeited without substitution. In this case, we are entitled to carry out a replacement draw.  
3.5 The prize is not transferable, nor can it be exchanged or paid out in cash. In the event of a loss, the prize will not be replaced. Notwithstanding the aforementioned points, there is also no enforceable claim to payment of the prize.
3.6 All internet and transmission costs associated with the competition are to be borne exclusively and in full by the participant.

4. Exclusion
A breach of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation in the competition, to refuse to hand over the prize or to recognise and/or reclaim the prize already awarded and then to carry out a replacement draw.

5 Premature termination and changes
5.1 We reserve the right to suspend the competition at any time without prior notice and compliance with deadlines for a temporary period, to terminate it prematurely in whole or in part or to change its course if it is not possible for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons to guarantee the proper organisation of the competition. Furthermore, LiSEC expressly reserves the right to update or amend these conditions of participation at any time if necessary.
5.2 A temporary suspension or partial or complete cancellation or modification of the competition shall not give rise to any claims whatsoever against LiSEC on the part of the participant.
5.3 If premature termination results from the behaviour of the participant or other third parties, we can demand compensation from them for the damage incurred.

6 Liability
6.1 Without prejudice to other statutory provisions, the following exclusions and limitations of liability apply to the organiser's liability:
i.    All information is provided without guarantee.
ii.    LiSEC shall be released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize.
iii.    We accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liability, injury or disappointment suffered or incurred by the entrant as a result of entering the competition and/or accepting the prize.
iv.    All internet and transmission costs associated with the competition are the sole and entire responsibility of the entrant. LiSEC accepts no liability for the reimbursement of costs incurred by entrants who participate in the competition.
v.    LiSEC accepts no liability for technical failure or any other cause beyond its control which may affect participation in the competition.
vi.    Furthermore, LiSEC accepts no liability for damage to computers, mobile phones, etc. of the participant or third parties relating to or resulting from participation in the competitions.
vii.    A guarantee, warranty or liability claim (in particular for a certain quality or value) for the prize received and the resulting service is excluded.

7 Place of jurisdiction
7.1 This competition is subject to Austrian law to the exclusion of the conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Recourse to the courts is excluded.
7.2 Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organiser.

8. Severability clause
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In such a case, the organiser and the participant are obliged to cooperate in the creation of provisions that come as close as possible to the economic effect of the invalid provision. The same applies to loopholes.

9 Data protection
9.1 By participating in the competition, the participant consents to the processing of his/her collected data (these are: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number) for the purpose of competition processing and drawing by LiSEC in accordance with the conditions of participation and within the framework of the statutory provisions. This includes notification via the contact details provided. 
9.2 All personal data will be processed by LiSEC exclusively internally for the purpose of organising the competition. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
9.3 The data will be deleted after the end/draw of the competition and will not be further processed or used unless there are statutory retention obligations, this is necessary and technically possible to prevent misuse and to defend against any legal claims and is also otherwise within LiSEC's power.
9.4 LiSEC will only use personal data beyond the purposes of the competition if the participant has submitted a separate written declaration of consent. The submission of such a declaration for any further use of personal data is voluntary and is not a prerequisite for participation in the competition.
9.5 The participant may at any time request information about the personal data stored about him/her, the origin of the data, the recipients and the purpose of the storage of this data. In addition, the participant has a right to correction, restriction, deletion and rectification of his/her data in accordance with the statutory provisions.
9.6 If a restriction or deletion of personal data requested by the participant results in the participant not being notified of his/her prize or the prize not being handed over to the participant, the claim to the prize shall lapse without compensation.
9.7 If the processing is based on the participant's consent, the participant has the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
9.8 In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. The competent authority in Austria is the data protection authority.
