LiSEC celebrates employees as a success factor with almost 2,000 visitors at LiSEC Family & Friends Day
After a longer break due to Corona, the LiSEC Family & Friends Day took place on 24 June 2022 at the Seitenstetten site. Almost 2,000 visitors attended this day on the company premises of the machine manufacturer from Seitenstetten to get to know LiSEC as an employer and to visit the office buildings and production facilities.
One record turnover follows the next
In addition to major international projects filling LiSEC's order books, the Lower Austrian machine builder is currently reporting record sales every month and is looking positively to the future - also in terms of increasing its number of employees. The construction of the new office building at the Seitenstetten site is progressing rapidly and will provide new capacities for the employees in the future, which will be completely oriented towards New Work. Oliver Pichler, CFO of the LiSEC Group: "The continuing investment mood of our customers offers great growth potential, which we want to meet with further staff expansion as well as a modern working environment for the employees to support innovation and digitalisation."
All in all, a reason for the company to celebrate together with family and friends.
Great atmosphere at the well-attended Family & Friends Day
At LiSEC, the focus is on the success factor of employees, who are largely responsible for the success and implementation of LiSEC's innovative and technically optimised solutions. On 24 June 2022, the relatives and friends of the "LiSECIANS" had the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes at the leading manufacturer of innovative individual and complete solutions in the field of flat glass processing and finishing to get a good impression of what makes the machine manufacturer from the Mostviertel region, which has been in existence for over 60 years, so successful internationally. In addition to the factory tours through the LiSEC production halls, every workplace from the administrative area of the LiSEC employees could be visited.

Since we all spend a lot of time at work, our relatives and friends also want to see what we do and what our workplaces look like. And we also want to present our company and our working environment, which we are proud of, to the people who are important to us. That is why we are most pleased that so many employees and their families and friends accepted our invitation and made our Family & Friends Day an event we will remember fondly for a long time," says Gottfried Brunbauer, CEO of the LiSEC Group.
The event was rounded off by excellent catering from the local Mostviertlerwirt Ott, which provided the guests with excellent grilled dishes, cakes and drinks. In addition, there were plenty of entertainment activities for both the older and younger guests.
