LiSEC Recognized as a Family-Friendly Company in Lower Austria
LiSEC has been honored within the framework of the Lower Austrian State Competition “Family-Friendly Companies” for its commitment to supporting a healthy balance between professional and family life. It is organized by the Province of Lower Austria in cooperation with the Lower Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
The state competition showcases organizations that actively contribute to better reconciliation of work and family life through flexible working time models, support for childcare and caregiving responsibilities, initiatives surrounding parental leave and re-entry, as well as a culture of appreciation. Its aim is to emphasize family-friendly working conditions as a key factor for employer attractiveness and regional competitiveness.
For us, the award is both confirmation and motivation: we aim to create conditions that enable our employees to successfully reconcile work and family life—through flexibility, trust and a culture of appreciation.
