Step by step, LiTROS is evolving into an increasingly comprehensive solution provider for flat glass processing.
In detail: The LiTROS IG Line Thermoplastic is a vertical, automatic insulating glass line capable of processing both rigid and thermoplastic spacer frames. It consists of several coordinated stations, ranging from transport and washing to inspection and frame setting, through to thermoplastic spacer application, assembly including gas filling, and sealing.
LiTROS Horizontal Seaming is part of the LiTROS glass processing portfolio. This horizontal edge grinding machine provides a fully automatic solution for seaming all four sides of rectangular glass panes. It ensures uniform, reliable edge processing at high speed and prepares the glass panes for downstream processes with consistent quality.
LiTROS Edge Deletion Vertical is a vertical edge deletion system for removing metallic coatings from the edge areas of rectangular glass panes, including coating detection, and is a recent addition to the LiTROS portfolio.
