Specially adapted process steps ensure safe handling, precise positioning, and consistently high product quality. The modified washing machine provides a gentle washing and drying process, followed by manual or automated spacer application. All subsequent process steps, as well as the associated software, are tailored to the requirements of thin glass.
Optimised Handling of Thin Glass
The LiSEC production line is specifically designed for processing sensitive thin glass. All components and actuators in direct contact with the glass have been adapted accordingly and equipped with force-sensitive sensors. In addition, extra support rollers can be integrated in the frame setting station area to reduce stresses occurring during the setting process and ensure gentle processing.
