Compartmented glass remnant sheet buffer for an optimization run during the glass cutting process
With the RPS, the glass stock system for the vertical storage of remnant sheets, it is possible, according to the specifications of production control software, to transport remnant sheets of a cut optimization back to the loading tilt table and to subsequently insert them vertically directly into the designated compartment positions.

The Highlights
Automatic linear transport
The linear transport of the glass sheets is performed via self-positioning roller bearers which may be moved to the individual slots.
Can also be used as a buffer magazine
The construction of the buffer module for jumbo sizes makes it possible to use the glass stock system also as a buffer magazine for stock sizes in case of interim interruptions for the loading of glass storage racks.
