KSR & KSV
Glass Edge Grinding and Seaming Machine for Rectangles and Shapes
With the KSR you can seam all four sides fully automatically. Combined with the KSV it is possible to reduce the cycle time by approx. 35%. The wet grinding process ensures a perfect , gentle trimming of the glass edges as well as extra-long service lives of the abrasive belts.

The Highlights
Combination KSR & KSV
On the KSR, the front, upper and back edge of the glass pane are seamed. Then the glass pane is transported to the KSV, which seams the bottom edge. This combination of KSR and KSV allows a cycle time reduction of up to 35%.
Fast & efficient
The machine’s grinding head can rotate 360° to seam all four sides on the glass pane at the same time. The result is a perfect, gentle trimming of the glass edge.
