1. Customer orders are entered in GPS.order.
2. The orders are transferred to GPS.prod for production control.
3. Production status and ready messages are transferred automatically to lis.dispatch 4.
4. Dispatch staff plan routes and trucks using the scheduling interface.
5. Loading planning can also be optimised using 2D loading simulation.
6. Forklift drivers receive information about the required products and racks. They can then assign these to a truck and mark them as dispatched.
7. Drivers use the mobile app for delivery, proof of delivery and damage reporting.
8. All information is synchronised in real time and is immediately available for delivery planning.
