Sealing
LiSEC TAL-C is a hydraulic sealant applicator for two-component materials, with an adjustable mixing ratio, which is used for the production of insulating glass.
The compact design and optimised arrangement of the machine components facilitate a small footprint in conjunction with the largest possible working area for the operator. During development, the focus was placed on particularly easy handling for the operator and service personnel. The TAL-C consists of the following principle components:
A static precision mixer guarantees optimum mixing of the material. Handling is easy, thanks to the weight relief of the head and a swivel joint on the hand gun. Sealing larger units is possible thanks to an extended bracket arm.
Every insulating glass manufacturer will benefit from this system – be it a small company that uses the system to seal products or a highly automated operation in which special pieces are manufactured manually. The use of high-quality components keeps operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.
The TAL-C offers numerous advantages that make it an unbeatable choice for insulating glass manufacturers. The consistently high output rate ensures a rapid sealing process even with high material demands. The simple material check enables the mixing ratio of base and catalyst to be checked quickly, meaning that servicing is considerably easier.
Thanks to its compact design, the machine takes up very little space, making it easy to install even in tight spaces. The mixing ratio can be flexibly adjusted and ranges from 7:1 to 12.5:1, allowing it to be adapted to different requirements.
The TAL-C is also mobile and can be moved to another location at any time using a lift truck. The extended arm with a radius of up to five meters enables the sealing of large insulating glass units, which further increases the machine's range of applications.
Pressure adjustment directly via a rotary knob
The new TAL-C offers a simple solution for controlling the material flow with user-friendly functions. Particularly helpful is the rotary knob for direct pressure adjustment. This enables intuitive and precise handling. With a simple turn, the user can adjust the pressure quickly and efficiently without having to make their way through complicated menus.
Optional processing of liquid catalysts
In addition to the standard processing of two-component sealants with a paste-like catalyst, the processing of catalysts with liquid viscosity is possible through the addition of optional equipment. The use of a hydraulically driven scoop piston pump ensures reliable and long-lasting operation for both catalyst variants.
New touch-sensitive display
The TAL-C is equipped with a modern touch-sensitive display for more convenient operation and a new Beckhoff PLC (programmable logic controller), which enables remote support and improves service options.
