Graphical Display of Packing Sequence
LIS.pack is LiSEC's visualisation solution for the packing and unloading sequence of insulating glass units. The software shows the operator the optimum position of each unit on the delivery rack in accordance with the 3D rack optimisation from GPS.prod. This eliminates resorting, speeds up dispatch processes and increases process reliability.
How is LIS.pack structured?
LIS.pack consists of several clearly structured visualisation and information areas:
- Dashboard with front, side, top and rack views

- Rack preview showing the current and upcoming delivery racks
- Batch and rack overview for monitoring packing progress

How does LIS.pack work?
LIS.pack uses the 3D rack optimisation calculated by GPS.prod or lis.rackmgmt 4 and visualises it for the operator at the production line. The software shows in real time which insulating glass unit must be placed on which delivery rack and in which position.
During the packing process, rack and stack changes are displayed and the current loading status is shown using colour coding. In addition, a rack overview shows the progress of the current batch, available capacities and racks that are fully loaded and ready for dispatch. This reliably ensures that the specified packing sequence is followed and reduces the error rate.
