The LiSEC ARS-TBX-BSY-A-TBZ automatically breaks out trim cuts, remnants, XYZ-cuts and continuously, quickly and with consistently high breaking quality. The fully automatic BSY-A breakout station eliminates manual breakout operations and operator intervention, ensuring maximum productivity, repeatable quality and high process reliability. Thanks to electronically controlled breaker heads and intelligent breakout technology, even demanding glass types can be processed with optimum accuracy and minimal edge defects.

HOW DOES FLOAT GLASS PROCESSING TAKE PLACE?
After breakout of front and rear trim cuts are automatically done, followed by the breakout of X-cuts and subplate enters in the BSY-A breakout station. The patented arrangement of the Y-breakout bars enables a compact machine design while ensuring reliable breakout of even small formats and complex production patterns. The trim cuts on top and bottom side of the subplate is done on the same station without additional space.
Finished sheets are transferred directly to downstream to the unloading section or a sorting, buffering systems. Necessary Z-breakouts enter the TBZ station, and the breakout process is done fast and precise.
The fully automatic process minimizes manual handling and maximizes throughput.

The BSY-A replaces manual XY and trim breakout operations completely. Finished glass sheets are automatically separated from the stock sheet and transferred to the next production step without interruption.
