Frame Processing
Using the BSV-45ANK, dimensionally accurate spacer frames are produced from all common profile materials. The correct spacer material is selected from one of up to 15 slots in the profile magazine according to the order sequence. By decoupling the sawing process from the bending process, the production quantity increases significantly compared to conventional bending machines. The automatic adjustment of the bending tool to the selected profile width results in significant time savings.
The system consists of a spacer magazine, a sawing unit for all materials, an insertion unit and the bending unit with profile transport. The profile magazine, with up to 15 slots, can be equipped with an automatic slot change.
The spacer profiles from the profile magazine are transported into the bending machine and endlessly connected with the help of an automatic plug-in device. The profile length required for the next frame is transported out of the spacer magazine, cut off and transferred from the infeed to the profile transport. This conveys the spacer profile to the bending device, which bends it into the desired frame geometry. During the bending process, the next spacer profile is already being cut to size and prepared.

Automatic profile magazine with up to 15 profile slots
The profile magazine is available with 4, 6, 8 and 15 profile storage slots. The profile magazine is filled manually. The profile change is carried out automatically by the control system.
PROCESSING PLASTIC PROFILES THAT ARE TO BE WARM WHEN BENT
Using a heater, it is even possible to process special plastic profiles that must be bent warm. The corner design can be either a corner with a radius with a round notch or a corner without a radius with a sharply defined 90° angle on the inside of the frame. Thanks to the uninterrupted bending process, the structure and properties of the backing film and the butyl flank remain unchanged.
One saw blade for every material
The new saw unit can be used to cut aluminium, steel, stainless steel and plastic profiles, as well as hybrid profiles, with just a single saw blade. The rotational speed and cutting speed are automatically adjusted to the respective material.
